About Us
In the Beginning:
Computers have been a passion of mine ever since small computerized games entered the marketplace in 1981. Guess you could say I caught “the bug” then. On my off time (I became a firefighter in the Air Force in 1982) I would read books and magazines on anything and everything that pertained to computers and computer software workings. It seemed half of my life was either geared to repairing computers or showing someone how to use them correctly.
The Growing Years:
Upon retiring from the Manchester, NH Fire Department in 1997 I decided to take my knowledge and passion for helping people with their computer “challenges” and along with my business partner (my wife Mary) opened up a computer training facility. That training facility was geared toward teaching Microsoft Products such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and my favorite Access, as well as Networking, Server Software, and Web Design.
Where we're going:
Our customers—both business and consumer—continue to enjoy the personal touch of our family run business and the manner in which we go about helping them with their technological issues. Our computer knowledge and expertise is second to none. We take great satisfaction in resolving computer issues in-person or remotely thru available online technologies as quickly and cost effectively as possible. No opportunity is too large or too small. Each customer is important to us and commands 100% of our effort.
Team Bio:
| Shawn Collins (President and CEO):
Also known as Pop to his 9 grandchildren, is the heart and soul of MCS. Anyone who has had experience with MCS has met Shawn. Shawn is a hardworking business man, a charmer, and above all a dreamer. | |
| Mary Collins (Ruler of Shawn):
Is Shawn's better half. She is always there with a loving reminder of reality when his dreaming is just a tad too big. |

| Richard McCann:
Our Mr. Fix IT, is a computer prodigy. Although he is self taught his talents have been proven time and time again. Rick no longer works full time for MCS, but he is our first phone call when we get stumped, making him a valued member of the MCS team. |

| Jimmy Hawkes:
Is an involuntary employee of MCS. Little did he know that by marrying a daughter of Shawn's, that he would also be gaining a part time job as an Installation Technician. All joking aside Jimmy loves working for MCS in his free time. |
Logan Young: Is the longtime boyfriend of another one of Shawn's daughters AKA installation technician. |
